particularly good location and reasonably spacious big room. exceptionally comfortable beds and central heating, television and a sitting area. the hotel was spotless and every staff member was wonderful. certainly the best experience for a couple of nights in zermatt.

I appreciated how the hotel looked, impressive place. Staff was GENUINELY HELPFUL, cozy bed. Room was cool and also had a tub. The breakfast was delicious and offered lots of items. The location was super, relatively near photopoint kirchbrucke bridge.

Lighting of our room was great. There's a wide range of restaurants to choose from, like Bijou Restauarant, set within 15 minutes walk or so.
